My Best 35 Metal Albums of
2025! My #1 and #2 technically released in December of
2024, but what can I say. It's my fucking list.
#1 Aara: I loved the
vocals, the emotions. Just a nail in my head,
immediately.
#2 Spectral Lore: A
beast of a legendary band. This was released on 12-31-2024,
as a "Demo". What a nut.

Best Darkwave of 2025!!
My #1 album is Haunt Me (TX)! I flew to NYC to see them this summer, and then got to see them in Denver. Love these guys.
Lithuania came out as a powerhouse this year for this genre, and my #2 Ghostwave put out an incredible album. Also check out Pusto.
