Mouth of Abolition
— Confident swaggering of death and power vocals swelling, building, and raining aggression.
We Hang Because We Must
— Immediately ordered this on vinyl. Anonymous brothers live recorded punk-vocalized meditative chaos culminating in colorful crescendos. Reminiscent of my #1 album last year, Witch Trail (Belgium).
Order of the Mind
— A blast of melodic death and sludge and groove and fist-pumping riffs, just a delightful album.
ROMAN RING (Chicago)
— Drummer from Warforged, guitarist from Immortal Bird, lead singer of Through the Eyes of the Dead, bassist from Wounds, so you know, this shit is not that talented. Textural Death muscle with a bit of experimental and angularity.
— Denmark death and heavy metal bent to chugging groove reminiscent of early Skeletonwitch, including a charismatic lead singer.
— French emotionally pleading black metal howling with melancholy. The French are drama.
Shit Out of Luck
— Death metal is played in Swedish cribs. A tight fist of death, complex and full and somehow packaged in 2 minutes or less.
My Path Of Stars
— Both in duo contribute vocals in a raw black metal with a forefront of drums and hella varied melodies that really makes for a compelling album.
— Sweet melody and jamming guitars create a dreamy, warm, candy of an album.
GNAW THEIR TONGUES (Netherlands)
white void black wounds
— Ghoulish horror and swarming nightmare effects to implode your brain in the most unique ways.
